I just watched 2 minutes of a 10-minute clip of Glenn Beck railing against an Obama adviser. In 120 seconds, I was so lost in the snarl of his snide innuendo that I gave up.
I realized something. Ever hear a joke you don't get but you laugh anyway because everyone in the room is laughing?
Glenn Beck is using similar shame to get the right-wing sheep to say, "Ohmigod. This (whatever conspiracy or cloak-and-dagger dung he's tossing) obviously is clear to him. I'm not clever enough to understand it, but he is obviously wise and knows what he's talking about.
"Therefore, Obama and/or his advisers must be communists/fascists/racists who are setting up one-world government RIGHT UNDER OUR VERY NOSES!!!! Thank god for Glenn Beck."
